ALIGNED MARKETING AI

These terms apply when you use alignedmarketing.ai, yvettemayer.ai and the AI assistants on them, including free and guest access. By using the platform you agree to them. They sit alongside the terms of the program you bought through Kajabi. The platform is run by Yvette Mayer (ABN 66 952 058 500).
You must be 18 or over and using the platform for your business. Your login is for you alone. Please don't share your account, passwords or access with anyone else.
Your access matches the product you bought and lasts for the period stated in that offer. Assistants include a monthly or one-time usage allowance to keep the platform fair and sustainable; you can buy top-ups when one is available. Free and guest access (for example, masterclass access) is time-limited and ends automatically.
The platform is actively developed. We may change, improve, pause or retire features, assistants or AI models. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what you paid for.
The assistants are AI tools that apply Yvette Mayer's Human Design for Marketing method to your business. They can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent, and they can misread what you share. Please review everything before you publish, send or rely on it.
Human Design is offered as a tool for self-reflection and marketing strategy. Nothing on the platform is financial, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice, and the assistants don't replace a qualified professional. Results depend on many things, including your effort, market and timing, so we can't guarantee any particular income or outcome.
You own what you put in (your context, stories, workbook answers, uploads) and what the assistants create for you. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our service providers, only to run the platform for you. We don't use it to train AI models and we won't share it publicly without asking you first.
If you share information about your clients, customers or anyone else (testimonials, case studies, screenshots, emails), you confirm you have their permission or that you've removed details that identify them. Please don't share anyone's health, financial or other sensitive information, and don't upload confidential documents you don't have the right to share. You're responsible for how you use outputs that include other people's information.
The method, frameworks, Cosmic Content Code names and descriptions, gate interpretations, hooks, prompts, assistant instructions, knowledge files and platform design belong to Yvette Mayer. You may use what the assistants create for you in your own business and marketing. You may not:
Please don't scrape or automate access, overload the platform, get around access controls or usage allowances, or use the assistants to create content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. We can suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. Where it's fair to, we'll talk with you first.
Prices, payment plans and refund terms are set out in the offer you buy. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make all the payments in the plan, even if you stop using the platform. Subscriptions aren't a commitment: you can cancel any time, and access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Top-ups are non-refundable once used. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We work hard to keep the platform running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (like lost income or opportunities), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for platform access in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn't exclude any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your data, as explained in our Privacy Policy. When access ends, you can no longer use the assistants. Please save anything you want to keep to your Library or copy it out before then.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app. Questions: hello@yvettemayer.co.
